By booking a cruise with Sanity Cruises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking & Deposit
A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the cruise.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled cruise time to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows will also forfeit the deposit.
Weather Cancellations
Sanity Cruises reserves the right to cancel any cruise due to unsafe weather conditions.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule, based on availability.
