Terms and Condition

A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the cruise.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled cruise time to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows will also forfeit the deposit.

Sanity Cruises reserves the right to cancel any cruise due to unsafe weather conditions.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule, based on availability.

Sanity Cruises is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the cruise.

All guests participate at their own risk. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and available on board.
